Acceptable Use Policy

1. What this policy covers

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of RADAR, the self-hosted AI compliance evidence platform published by AKIOUD AI. It defines what you can and cannot do with the software. By using RADAR, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Intended use

RADAR is designed to collect, preserve, and export compliance evidence for AI agent activity. It is a tool for organizations that want to demonstrate regulatory compliance to auditors and regulators. RADAR is not a certification authority. It does not guarantee that your AI deployments comply with any law. It records what happened — it is your responsibility to ensure what happened was lawful.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use RADAR to:

• Falsify evidence. Tamper with, alter, or fabricate evidence records to mislead auditors, regulators, or any third party.
• Conceal violations. Configure RADAR to exclude or suppress evidence of regulatory violations, security incidents, or unlawful activity.
• Enable illegal AI systems. Deploy RADAR as part of an AI system that violates fundamental rights, discriminates unlawfully, or operates in a prohibited domain under the EU AI Act.
• Resell or white-label. Redistribute, sublicense, or offer RADAR as a service to third parties without explicit written permission from AKIOUD AI.
• Reverse engineer. Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of RADAR except as permitted by applicable law.
• Circumvent licensing. Bypass license validation, share license keys with unauthorized parties, or use RADAR beyond the scope of your license.

4. Reporting violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, or if you suspect RADAR is being used in a manner inconsistent with this policy, contact us immediately at hello@akioud.ai. We take misuse seriously and will investigate promptly.

5. Consequences of violation

Violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service. AKIOUD AI may suspend or terminate access to RADAR, revoke licenses, and pursue legal remedies. We may also report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of RADAR after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
