We build software that records what AI systems did in tamper-evident form, so the people accountable for them can show their work.

The problem

AI is shipping faster than regulation can follow.

The EU AI Act asks organisations that use AI systems to follow instructions for use, assign human oversight, monitor operation, keep logs and act on incidents. Processes built for annual audits struggle to keep up with AI applications that run all day.

The question for regulated teams is not whether to use AI, but whether they can show how they operate it. RADAR helps them keep that evidence.
